Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead business and technology transformation initiatives across Customer Operations, Marketing Operations and AI-enabled processes. You will work with senior clients and internal teams to define future architectures, roadmaps and tech strategies.

The role requires strategic technology leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to drive AI-enabled transformation across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation.
• Proven delivery of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture and transformation strategy.
• Provide architectural leadership across programs.
• Align business priorities with technology investments and delivery plans.
• Partner with client leadership and translate objectives into tech strategies.
• Drive AI/Generative AI and Hyperautomation adoption; shape roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery and engineering teams; mentor others.
