A leading retail company in Greater London is seeking a Store People & Culture Business Partner. In this role, you will drive the people strategy and provide HR expertise to store managers and teams. Responsibilities include coaching for performance, ensuring policy adherence, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with no hybrid option, offering a competitive salary and benefits.
Location: Stratford London
Salary: £Competitive + bonus, and medical benefit - with 27 days annual leave & pension
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday - Friday with one weekend in 8 . Role is on site with no hybrid working option.
