Responsibilities

• Build, support and nurture key customer relationships: personally advise our clients and achieve regional sales operational objectives in your territory.
• Assist customers in training on product features and benefits, revenue enhancement opportunities, and general technical support.
• Make recommendations on service and product enhancements to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
• Grow a database of customers and integrate collected information into the ERP system; develop growth strategies for the market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to anticipate business needs.
