Job summary

JLA Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Laundry) to join our Field Operations team. You will visit customer premises, from care homes to hotels and restaurants, providing on-site servicing, repairs and diagnostics for laundry equipment.

This field-based role requires a practical technician with strong problem-solving and customer service skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing white goods equipment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment as directed by the Operations Support team.
• Carry out comprehensive, competent, and safe repairs to customer and Company satisfaction.
• Identify and submit engineer leads for upgrades and other potential sales opportunities.
• Leave site clean and tidy after site work and obtain required customer signatures.
• Report on work and equipment and confirm arrival/departure for each call.
