Awaze in Lowestoft is seeking an Owner Experience Specialist to deliver an outstanding homeowner experience from day one. You will be the first contact for owners, guiding them and resolving issues to help optimise long-term performance.

You’ll thrive on solving problems, building relationships, and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders. Full training will support you in handling day-to-day queries and longer, more complex conversations.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus if you have experience in travel or holiday rentals industry.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with homeowners as the first point of contact for guidance.
• Respond to and resolve queries via telephone, web messages and email with first contact resolution.
• Analyse property performance data to identify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
