Job summary

Awaze is seeking a Relationship Specialist for its James Collection Studio in Dartmouth. You will build trusted relationships with property owners and guests, delivering personalised service and commercial insights to optimise performance.

Based fully in our Dartmouth studio, the role requires a full, clean driving licence with availability Monday–Saturday. You will visit properties, tailor support, and champion the James Collection brand while growing the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer, owner or client service in a premium environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, professional and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with property owners and guests.
• Provide premium customer service to owners and guests.
• Visit homes to understand properties and identify opportunities to improve presentation and performance.
• Use market insight and local knowledge to recommend improvements for commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups for portfolio management.
• Support portfolio growth by connecting with prospective owners with the Business Development team.
• Act as the voice of owners within Awaze and share feedback to improve services.
