Job summary

Awaze is seeking a Relationship Specialist to support our Dartmouth studio, becoming a trusted partner to holiday homeowners and helping their properties perform at their best. You will build long-term relationships, tailor communications, and deliver a highly personalised service that reflects the James Collection brand.

You’ll visit properties, understand guest and owner needs, and provide proactive recommendations to improve occupancy, revenue and guest appeal while maintaining detailed CRM

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer, owner or client service in a premium environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A professional and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to handle sensitive or complex queries with care.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across operational, commercial and service teams.
• Knowledge of the Dartmouth or wider Devon holiday letting market would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with property owners, tailoring your communication and support to their individual needs.
• Provide premium customer service to our guests and owners.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each property and regularly visit homes to identify opportunities to enhance presentation, guest appeal and commercial performance.
• Use market insight, pricing data and your local knowledge to make proactive recommendations that help owners get the best from their properties.
• Protect and champion the prestige of the James Collection through every owner interaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prioritise activity, manage follow-ups and support effective portfolio management.
• Identify opportunities for referrals, testimonials and advocacy, helping strengthen the James Collection brand and local reputation.
