Based fully in our Dartmouth studio, the role requires a full, clean driving licence with availability Monday–Saturday. You will visit properties, tailor support, and champion the James Collection brand while growing the portfolio.

With a visible local presence in Dartmouth, you’ll combine exceptional service with commercial insight to strengthen owner loyalty, protect the reputation of the James Collection and support the continued growth of the Awaze portfolio.

This role is full‑time, permanent, and based fully in our brand new Dartmouth studio. We are open Monday‑Saturday, so flexibility to work weekends is essential for this role. We also require the successful candidate to have a full, clean driving license.
