Heartwood Collection is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, guest safety, and property standards. You will manage late check-ins, night audits, and ensure smooth handovers with the management team, while maintaining high health and safety compliance.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to work independently during night shifts, with weekend coverage and occasional variation.

• Strong organisation and communication skills with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Handle late guest check-ins and room allocations via PMS.
• Perform night audits, safety and compliance checks, and hand over with Management Team.
• Ensure breakfast service prep and thorough shift handover.
• Manage cleaning duties and uphold property cleanliness and standards.
• Evacuate the property following procedures during emergencies.
