Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting for a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and drive service standards in a busy Liverpool hotel. The role emphasises hands-on leadership, quick decision-making, and top-quality guest care.

You will manage the night team, act as Duty Manager when needed, handle guest requests and incidents, and coordinate nightly audits. This temp ongoing work offers full-time hours and weekly pay, with £15.50 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as hotel Night Manager or Night Supervisor
• PEP system experience is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work 5 nights out of 7
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overnight operations and ensure high standards
• Supervise the night team and maintain standards
• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager
• Manage overnight guest requests, complaints and issues
• Oversee Night Audit, accounting and financial procedures
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, reservations and amendments
• Prepare daily summary reports and handovers
• Communicate nightly activities to VIPs, groups and staff
• Assist Front Office Manager with staffing and operations
• Use the PEP system to manage overnight duties
