Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Night Supervisor for a prestigious hotel in Lutterworth. You will oversee overnight operations, ensure guest service remains outstanding, and support Night Auditor duties as required.

The role offers 40 hours per week, a salary of £29,601.60 per year plus a service charge, free parking, full training, and staff discounts. A reliable transport is preferred due to location.

Qualifications

• Night supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with reception and hotel operations, including Night Auditor duties.
• Ability to lead and develop a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clear and maintain conference rooms, private dinners and weddings.
• Carry out regular security checks and ensure safety overnight.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
• Respond to guest requests and queries around the clock.
• Provide 24-hour room service and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Support Reception duties and luggage assistance.
• Manage staff rotas and training; follow fire safety procedures.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve them.
