Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool. The role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and coordinating with other departments while working to safety standards and procedures.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with relevant maintenance qualifications, and willing to participate in an on-call rota as required. Salary is £28,246.40 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a hotel or similar property.
• Fully qualified electrician and/or plumber is preferable.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planned, reactive and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Complete daily utility readings as required.
• Maintain safety standards and report accidents or hazards.
