Job summary

The Resident Liverpool is seeking a proactive Night Duty Manager to lead the Front of House team during the late shift, ensuring smooth reception, guest engagement, and safety. You’ll be the first point of contact for arrivals and departures and coordinate guest services to maintain our high standards.

You’ll support management with training, compliance with Health and Safety, and the delivery of heartfelt hospitality across every guest touchpoint. UK-based employment required.

• Lead the Front of House team to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks.
• Be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures, and guest interaction.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take charge of the building and all guests and team members during the shift.
• Support hotel management to ensure staff are trained and Health & Safety requirements are met.
