Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Overnight Hotel Assistant Manager to lead the overnight Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a smooth operation across night hours. You will participate in the Duty Manager program and oversee guest arrivals, departures, and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, decisive decision making, and a passion for luxury hospitality, with a focus on safety and flawless guest service during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury hotel Front Office teams.
• Strong guest service and problem solving abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight Front Office operation and team.
• Ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and escalations.
• Coach overnight team members and ensure effective handovers.
• Maintain health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Serve as senior manager on duty when required.
