Job summary

Phyllis Court Club in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Night Porter to support the smooth overnight operation of the Club. You will work alone or with another Night Porter, handling guest services, security, and general operational tasks across the premises.

The role includes physical duties and IT system usage, with shifts from 20:00 to 07:00, including weekends and bank holidays. DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Observational skills to monitor premises and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest services, including late check-ins and welcome residents.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with bookings for members and guests (tickets, dining, rooms).
• Oversee overnight security and maintain a safe environment.
