Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking an Overhaul Operations - Project Desk Lead to join the Aftermarket Operations P&C Team. You will drive engine throughput across the network, clearly articulating status at all times and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers significant stakeholder exposure, global travel opportunities, and career development within Rolls‑Royce, with a hybrid work model in Derby.

Formación

• Background in continuous improvement and lean operations.
• Experience in project management and control.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a single point of contact for engine shop visits status across overhaul network.
• Progress engines through Off-Wing Operations gated process to minimise TRT and cost.
• Liaise with Rolls‑Royce and overhaul providers to identify issues needing resolution.
• Maintain management information and visual management for a defined product portfolio.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify systemic issues affecting TRT and cost; drive timely resolution.
• Support engine launch with real-time operations feedback.
• Understand and challenge Engine Management Plan for the portfolio.
