Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Norwich is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide a focused management service to residents in Over 55’s housing schemes. You will manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, be a key-holder, and protect the security of communal areas and facilities.

As the first point of contact, you will use your excellent communication skills to work with internal teams, coordinate services, and respond calmly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer care skills.
• First point of contact for residents with strong communication.
• Preferable experience in Facilities Management.
• Working knowledge of housing/building management sector.
• Good IT skills on a range of systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Act as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services to residents.
• Travel across schemes in the region as required.
