Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a LiveSmart Manager to provide focused management services for residents in Over 55 housing schemes. You will manage access, act as a key-holder, and ensure security of communal areas while coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services.

The role requires flexibility and strong communication under pressure. The position is permanent, 36 hours per week, with a salary of £25,179 - £32,203 per annum.

Qualifications

• Good customer care skills and excellent communication are essential.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time-management.
• Comfort with using a range of IT systems to support housing/building management.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Act as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services to residents.
• Travel to cover additional schemes within the region as required.
