Job summary

Style Acre is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Outreach team in Didcot and the surrounding area. You will help adults with learning disabilities and autism live fuller, more independent lives by supporting activities like gym visits, cycling, shopping, appointments and community outings.

The role offers sociable hours (9am–6pm, weekdays, with some weekends) and both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker with adults.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to increase independence
• Assist with activities: gym, cycling, shopping, appointments and social outings
• Provide some in-home support while mainly working out in the community
