Job summary

AWD RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for a Community Support Worker in Nottingham to provide person-centred community care for individuals with Learning Disabilities & Autism. This role involves supporting individuals to develop independence, confidence, and life skills while promoting inclusion within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism or additional needs.
• Ability to work varying hours including evenings and weekends when required.
• Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and best practice principles.

• Encourage people to develop daily living skills and confidence.
