Brandon Trust is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to assist individuals in Bristol and South Gloucestershire with daily living, routines, and community participation. You’ll support with personal care, meals, shopping, and coordinating activities in a person-centred way.

This role offers flexible part-time shifts on a 24/7 rota, a supportive team, training, and opportunities to help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live more independently.
