Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking compassionate care and support workers to assist four gentlemen with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide personal care, medication support, and help them engage in activities they love, including outings and community events.

A full UK driving licence is essential to access local communities. Flexibility is required: weekends, sleep-ins, wake nights and Christmas shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience essential.
• Confident supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and complex needs.
• Able to provide full personal care and medication support.
