Job summary

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital is seeking an administrator to join the Cheltenham Hospital team on a part-time, ad hoc basis. You will assist with outpatient activities, book appointments, and provide excellent patient care while supporting radiology and other departments.

The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service in a busy hospital environment. Relevant IT skills and empathy are valued, with opportunities to contribute to a high-quality diagnostic imaging service.

Qualifications

• People skills, with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
• Good IT and keyboard skills.
• Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
