Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is hiring an Administrator to join our administration team in a fast-paced environment. This permanent, part-time role covers 22.5 hours per week and offers pro-rata pay of £25,038 per annum depending on experience.

You will bring administrative experience, strong IT skills, and excellent call handling. You will support daily operations, manage calendars, handle queries, input data, and help with basic financial tasks, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience of administration in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable call handling skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Input and update data in relevant systems.
• Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
• Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
• Prepare and compile reports, documents, and presentations.
