Responsibilities

• Coordinate new and follow-up outpatient appointments with care and accuracy.
• Register referrals and scan into the IPM/Mediviewer systems; ensure data quality.
• Liaise with GP practices to maintain data quality of referrals.
• Manage appointment queries from patients and staff with empathy and clarity.
• Support the outpatient booking process according to established procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and maintain confidentiality at all times.
