This 12-month fixed-term admin role sits in the outpatient team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, covering appointment booking across the trust's clinics. The core work is handling outpatient referrals: registering and scanning them onto the trust's systems, chasing GP data quality and tracking consultant review queues. Phone work on appointment queries and travel between the two hospital sites set it apart from a desk-only booking post. A proven clerical background is the main test of fit, and the first six months are probationary.
