Responsabilidades

• Planning, co-ordination and operational management of the OPD activity and patient flow
• Application of safe staffing models and allocation of skill mix
• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams across the Organisation
• Delivery of evidence based, patient centred and high quality care
• Incident, risk and complaint management
• Recruitment and development of staff
• Ensure mandatory training compliance
• Performance, conduct and attendance management per Trust policies
• Monitor department KPIs
• Service development and improvement
• Creation of SOPs, policies and processes
• Care, maintenance and complication management of central vascular access devices
• Infection prevention and control compliance
• Data interpretation and presentation
• Informal and formal teaching / training
