Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Outpatient Bookings Team Leader to join the General Surgery and Urology Outpatient Bookings Team at Frimley Park. This is an onsite role based at Greenwood Offices, next to Heatherwood Hospital.

You will manage staff, support SOPs, assist in achieving NHS targets, ensure smooth patient pathways, and work with clinical teams to deliver a high quality service in a patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical administration and patient flow coordination.
• Ability to manage staff induction, appraisal and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with SOPs and NHS targets.
• Excellent communication with clinical teams and patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff activities including inductions and appraisals.
• Support Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to maintain SOPs.
• Help deliver NHS targets and performance improvements.
• Respond promptly to administrative duties.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional service.
• Liaise with clinical teams to resolve issues.
