Job summary

Qualifications

• Duties include managing patient check-in/out, booking and amending appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism.
• Supporting Bloods Closer to Home (BCTH) and outreach services as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality and using Trust IT systems in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in/out of appointments and manage bookings.
• Answer enquiries from patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Trust systems and ensure data quality.
• Support phlebotomy/outreach services as needed and liaise with clinical staff.
