Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Maintenance Operative for the Petersfield Depot delivery team. The role involves maintenance of outdoor advertising units, bus shelters and billboards across the Brighton & Hove area with daily depot visits and on-call rotations after training.

The ideal candidate will have some cordless tool experience, a driving licence with few points, and a readiness to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• A Driving Licence with no more than three points.
• Some experience using cordless hand tools.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Able to work successfully as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, carrying out physical tasks.
• Experience in a previous maintenance or stock management role would be preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance repairs on advertising units, bus shelters and billboards in Brighton & Hove areas.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
• Paint, replace parts, perform metal repairs and occasional gardening tasks.
• Support Posting & Cleaning Team to keep client adverts and shelters clean and presentable.
