Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor in Petersfield is hiring a Maintenance Operative to join the Delivery Team. You will maintain advertising units, bus shelters and billboards in Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas, with visits to the Petersfield depot.

The role includes painting, parts replacement, metal repairs, and occasional gardening, with on-call duties after training and a fully expensed company vehicle.

Qualifications

Driving licence with no more than three points.
Some experience using cordless hand tools.
Ability to problem solve.
Able to work successfully as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, carrying out physical tasks.
Experience in a previous maintenance or stock management role would be preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities

Maintenance related repairs on advertising units, bus shelters and billboards.
Paint, replace parts, metal repairs and occasional gardening work.
Help Posting & Cleaning Team from time to time.
Be on call rota after training and attend out of hours damages with applicable allowances and overtime.
