Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is hiring a Maintenance Operative for the Delivery Team at the Petersfield Depot. You will maintain our advertising units, bus shelters and billboards across Brighton & Hove, with visits to the Petersfield depot. The role is hands-on and outdoors, including painting, parts replacement, metal repairs and some gardening.

You'll join a supportive team, benefit from a fully expensed company vehicle, training, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Driving licence with no more than three points.
• Experience using cordless hand tools.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a team.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather and physically active.
• Experience in maintenance or stock management preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance repairs on advertising units, bus shelters and billboards.
• Paint, replace parts, perform metal repairs and occasional gardening.
• Support Posting & Cleaning Team to keep adverts and shelters clean.
• Work across Brighton & Hove areas with visits to Petersfield Depot.
• Be part of on-call rota after training with overtime allowances.
