Bauer Media Outdoor is hiring a Posting & Cleaning Operative for a flexible, outdoors-based role in Southeast London. You will alternate weekly between posting adverts and cleaning rounds, working mostly alone with a company van provided for site travel.

The job requires a full-time commitment outdoors in all weather conditions; driving is essential, and you will report weekly to the Dartford branch for restocking and updates. Salary is around £34,000 with quarterly and yearly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Full-time role outdoors in all weather; ability to work alone.
• Driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Experience with outdoor or field work is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to high standard and ensure bus shelters are clean.
• Manage your dedicated posting and cleaning round in Southeast London (Croydon, Lewisham and surrounding areas).
• Use company van for travel between depot and sites and restock weekly at the Dartford branch.
