Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is hiring a Posting & Cleaning Operative to manage a dedicated posting and cleaning round in Southeast London, Croydon and Lewisham. You will work outdoors, often alone, in a supplied van, with weekly depot visits for restocking and updates.

The role offers flexible hours, quarterly and yearly bonuses, and a fully expensed company vehicle, with 25 days of annual leave and a pension plan. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
• Full-time role working outdoors and in all weather conditions.
• Experience driving medium sized vans.
• Remote / lone working experience (unsupervised).
• Ability to manage your own workload.
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to a high standard in the designated area.
• Clean bus shelters and surroundings on the round.
• Follow a simple rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning.
• Work outdoors, alone in a van, in all weather conditions.
• Visit the Dartford depot weekly to restock and hear updates.
