Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative to cover Southeast London, including Croydon and Lewisham, with a flexible 40-hour week. You will work outdoors, often alone, driving a van to multiple sites and rotating weekly between posting adverts and cleaning bus shelters.

The role offers a fully expensed company vehicle for business use, training, and regular bonuses. A strong time-management mindset and experience working outdoors are valued as you contribute to community

Qualifications

• Driving licence with up to 3 points.
• Full-time outdoors role; weather readiness expected.
• Van driving experience required.
• Remote/lone working unsupervised experience advantageous.
• Ability to plan workload and manage time.
• Industrial cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts and ensure cleaning rounds are completed to standard.
• Work outdoors in all weather, solo with a company van.
• Rotate between posting and cleaning on a weekly rhythm (1 week on, 1 week off).
• Visit the Dartford branch weekly for restock and updates.
