• Proven experience in outbound telesales, sales, retention or customer acquisition.
• Confident speaking with customers over the telephone and building rapport.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Organised and proactive in managing follow-ups and renewal opportunities.
• Ability to meet sales and retention targets.
• Customer-focused approach aligned with local service values.

Responsabilités

• Contact new and existing customers via outbound calls to present the proposition and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
