Job summary

Currys is recruiting an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor for our Loughborough Contact Centre. The role involves proactively contacting new and existing Currys customers to discuss Care Plan Agreements, extended warranties, mobile services, and new contracts.

You will guide customers through options to help them make informed decisions while delivering great service. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with set shifts: Mon-Thu 09:30–18:30 and Fri 09:30–15:30.

Qualifications

• A commitment to providing great service.
• Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of working towards targets.
• An interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
• Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers and Care Plan Agreement we offer.
• Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
• Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
• Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
