Job summary

Currys plc in Loughborough is recruiting an Outbound Sales CSA Advisor for a permanent, full-time role. You’ll contact Currys customers to discuss Care Plan Agreements, warranties, mobile network services, and upgrades, presenting options clearly to help customers decide.

With 40 hours per week and a start date in late October, you’ll join a team focused on delivering world-class sales experiences. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact centre.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to work toward targets and meet sales metrics.
• An interest in technology and gadgets helpful for product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
• Help the customer understand handset deals, Care Plans, and network options.
• Guide customers through sales options to ensure an informed decision.
• Build relationships to convert one-time buyers into repeat customers.
• Aim to exceed sales targets while delivering excellent service.
