Currys is recruiting an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor for our Loughborough Contact Centre. The role involves proactively contacting new and existing Currys customers to discuss Care Plan Agreements, extended warranties, mobile services, and new contracts.

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor within our outbound team, you'll be speaking to customers regarding Care Plan Agreements, extended warranty, mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and sim only deals. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to talk through the offers and deals we have, whilst making sure they have all of the information available to make an informed decision.
