Job summary

Currys, a leading UK tech retailer, is recruiting for an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor in our Loughborough Contact Centre. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 40-hour week and a base salary of £26,561.60 per year, plus potential commission.

Training is provided to deliver a world-class sales experience. You’ll proactively contact Currys customers, explain handset options, deals, and Care Plan Agreements, and guide them to the best sales journey while exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing great service.
• Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of working towards targets.
• An interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
• Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers and Care Plan Agreement we offer.
• Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
• Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
• Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
