Job summary

LiveHire Limited is seeking a Sales Support professional based at Doncaster Racecourse to bolster the Northern Region sales effort and support Arena Racing Company group. The role centers on outbound calls to drive commercial sales with existing and new clients.

You will work with a driven team, maintaining professional client communication and ensuring timely responses. Ideal candidates have sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, GCSEs in Maths and English, and excellent initiative

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a sales environment, particularly outbound sales calls.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• GCSE or equivalent in Math and English.
• Ability to work on own initiative and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing profit from current clients, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Recognizing the opportunity as either racing sales or events, addressing client needs to provide the best commercial solution.
• Respond to all enquiries within the prescribed timescale with a professional and positive manner.
• Ensure accurate and effective handover to the regional delivery team who will operate the contract and maintain communication.
