LiveHire Limited is seeking a Sales Support professional based at Doncaster Racecourse to bolster the Northern Region sales effort and support Arena Racing Company group. The role centers on outbound calls to drive commercial sales with existing and new clients.

You will work with a driven team, maintaining professional client communication and ensuring timely responses. Ideal candidates have sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, GCSEs in Maths and English, and excellent initiative

• Previous experience within a sales environment, particularly outbound sales calls.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• GCSE or equivalent in Math and English.
• Ability to work on own initiative and an excellent communicator.

Based at Doncaster Racecourse, this role will support the existing sales team to drive the commercial success of the Northern Region and wider Arena Racing Company group.

The main focus of the sales support role is to conduct outbound sales calls to drive commercial sales, to both existing and new clients..

Candidates should be highly driven, with a relentlessly positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Maximizing profit from current clients, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Recognizing the opportunity as either racing sales or events, always addressing client needs to provide the best commercial solution through best fit of product, racecourse or multiples.
• Respond to all enquiries within the prescribed timescale with a professional and positive manner.
• Ensure accurate and effective handover to the regional delivery team who will be responsible for the operation of the contract, continuing an effective and steady flow of communication.
