Job summary

Work Lyf Group Ltd is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join a fast-paced Crewe sales team. You will contact existing and prospective customers to promote products, build relationships, and drive results. With a competitive salary and uncapped commission, this role offers ongoing training and clear career progression.

The position is full-time with Monday to Friday shifts (40 hours). The salary is £28,840 per annum plus uncapped commission, and there are development opportunities

Qualifications

At least 6 months' cold calling experience OR 12 months outbound sales/ contact centre experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Professional telephone manner and confident presentation.

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Manage customer information and call activity using CRM systems.
Schedule follow-up calls and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
