Job summary

KPI Recruiting is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in Crewe to drive outbound calling, generate leads and build lasting customer relationships. You will engage with customers to promote our products and services, aiming to upsell and grow the account with CRM-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in sales or customer service.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to promote our products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell our own-brand products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage warm leads and sales pipelines through our CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.

Tuesday to Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
