Job summary

Staffpower Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious outbound sales professional to identify and secure new business through proactive telephone selling. You will be expected to make a minimum of 30 outbound calls each working day and to build relationships with prospective customers.

You will aim to convert opportunities into sales and contribute to revenue targets, with an expected first-year sales figure of around £400,000.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls each working day.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Convert outbound calls into sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Generate approximately £400,000 in sales during the first 12 months.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up quotations and sales enquiries promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quarterly team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Keep up to date with company products and promotions.
• Represent the products professionally at all times.
