Job summary

Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to work fully remotely from home. You will engage customers on outbound calls, explain protection plan benefits, and tailor recommendations while meeting targets. Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Expect uncapped earning potential with a £25,500 base salary and realistic OTE of £33,500+. Ideal candidates have at least 12 months' experience in outbound sales, strong communication skills, and the discipline to thrive

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience within the last 3 years in outbound sales or telesales.
• Confident communicators who enjoy speaking to customers.
• Self-disciplined and comfortable working from home.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers to explain protection plan benefits and needs.
• Engage customers through outbound calls and build relationships.
• Understand needs via questioning and recommend tailored plans.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Work independently while staying connected to a remote team.
