Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor based in Crewe. You’ll engage warm prospects, provide expert product advice, and build lasting customer relationships while meeting targets. No cold calling, with monthly bonuses and an attractive basic salary.

You'll need at least 1 year in outbound telesales, be a confident communicator, excel at multitasking, and work well in a team. IT-literate with strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Speak directly with our customers, offering expert advice and showcasing our fantastic range of own-branded ink and toner products whilst building strong relationships.
• Accurately maintaining documentation and databases
• Hit your targets, earn your bonuses, and feel the excitement of contributing to a growing, successful team!

Hours of work are:

1 position - Monday-Thursday 09:00am-19:30pm

1 position - Monday 09:00am-19:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 08:50am-17:20pm, Friday 08:50am-15:20pm

• Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
• A natural positive communicator, a real people person!
