Job summary

Nter Talent in Crewe is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join a fast-moving sales team. You will speak with new business customers, introduce fleet and telematics solutions, and work toward clear targets in a high-energy outbound role.

The role involves around 90–100 calls per day, a £26,000 base salary with realistic commission and an OTE of £44,000. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided through a 12-week Sales Academy and ongoing development.

We're hiring 4 Outbound Sales Advisors to join a fast-growing team in Crewe.

You'll be speaking with new business customers, introducing fleet and telematics solutions and working towards clear sales targets.

This is a high-energy, high-volume outbound role, with around 90-100 calls per day, so you'll need to be confident, resilient and comfortable hearing "no" before getting to the "yes".
