Job summary

BigHand is seeking an ambitious Marketing Development Representative to drive new business in the UK legal market from our London base. The role is predominantly outbound, engaging target law firms and converting interest into qualified opportunities.

You will work with Account Managers and Marketing to shape outreach, maintain accurate CRM data, and progress opportunities using Salesforce, Pardot and Apollo. The position is hybrid with London office visits twice weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in SDR/MDR/BDR or outbound B2B sales
• Outbound prospecting with target law firms or professional services
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of engaging prospects clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and CRM hygiene

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers on strategy, engagement, and opportunity handoff
• Build and execute outbound campaigns against defined target profiles
• Research and prioritise target law firms and personas
• Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Respond quickly to inbound interest and convert to sales conversations
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and content
• Log all activity in CRM and maintain data accuracy
