Job summary

Chambers & Partners is seeking a Submissions Development Representative in London. This role targets outbound submissions, client engagement, and relationship building within the legal market.

You will work with a high-performing team to maximize annual submissions and maintain strong records in Salesforce. As a graduate-driven position, you will develop contacts across firms and leverage multilingual capabilities where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maximise submissions from outbound enquiries.
• Build relationships with firms and retain previous years' submissions (annual process).
• Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client interactions and submissions.
• Develop contacts and senior-level relationships within new and dormant clients.
• Generate appointments and activities that lead to submission retention.
• Accurately record all information in the CRM (Salesforce).
